Job Description:
1. Initially, assist with drafting and preparing project-related PPT presentations under the guidance of engineers for potential projects.
2. During project execution, take primary responsibility for mechanical design tasks within your area of expertise (including assisting with 2D drawing creation, designing profile frameworks, and performing basic 3D modeling), while also supporting engineers in coordinating communication and collaboration with other relevant departments.
3. After project shipment, work closely with engineers to update drawings and related documentation (as the main implementer).
4. Collaborate with engineers to ensure that ongoing projects meet scheduled timelines and quality standards, completing all tasks on time within the allocated budget.
5. Be responsible for monitoring projects post-delivery, identifying any issues during operation, and proactively seeking effective solutions. If a problem cannot be resolved independently, promptly communicate with senior-level personnel or engineers to obtain technical support.
6. Assist the department in implementing and maintaining standardized processes and workflows.
7. Adhere to departmental regulations and comply with the VDA design process, ensuring adherence to established design procedures. Additionally, remain proactive and willing to support the completion of any additional tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing or a related mechanical engineering field.
2. Proficient in using AutoCAD.
3. Strong English communication skills.
4. Demonstrated teamwork spirit, ambition, and dedication to hard work.
Mechanical Design Engineer

1. In the early stage, collaborate with engineers to develop design solutions for selected potential projects.
2. During project execution, work closely with engineers to facilitate technical communication with external clients, promptly reporting any risks and providing updates on the project status.
3. While managing internal responsibilities, take primary charge of mechanical design tasks, coordinating smoothly with engineers and other relevant departments to prevent resource wastage.
4. After project shipment, assist engineers in updating drawings and related documentation.
5. Collaborate with engineers to meet all project-related progress and quality requirements, ensuring timely completion of tasks within the budget.
6. Take responsibility for post-project follow-up, identifying any issues arising during project operation and proactively seeking effective solutions—while actively engaging with relevant engineers to secure technical support.
7. Adhere to departmental guidelines and comply with the VDA design process, maintaining rigorous adherence to design procedures, and enthusiastically tackling any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Electrical Design Engineer

1. Design the electrical control system, hardware drawings (using Eplan), and software programming (PLC & HMI) for commissioning, following the manufacturing process flow of non-standard equipment.
2. Oversee the entire design process of the electrical control system for non-standard equipment, from the conceptual stage all the way through to customer training.
3. Select electrical control components based on the project budget and client requirements.
4. Strictly adhere to project timelines and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of all related tasks.
5. During the assembly phase, provide clear explanations and guidance to assembly personnel, guaranteeing swift and high-quality completion of the assembly work.
6. Proficient in mainstream PLC programming and development, with advanced expertise in Siemens S7-200 and S7-300 PLCs; must have more than 3 years of programming experience and be highly skilled in using relevant communication and network modules.
7. Collaborate closely with the mechanical department to conduct design reviews, assess feasibility and manufacturability, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
