Self-developed 3D camera (camera + built-in structured light) + mechanical mechanism. The self-developed 3D camera offers two types of follow-up precision.
1. Domestic structured-light systems are typically used in application scenarios that do not demand high precision, achieving a comprehensive positioning accuracy of 0.5.
2. Imported line structured light, typically used in application scenarios with high precision requirements, achieves a comprehensive positioning accuracy of 0.1 mm. The servo-driven system (robot) moves a 3D camera to perform 3D scanning of the product, enabling precise identification of weld seam locations.
Self-developed 3D+2D hybrid camera (camera + built-in structured light / external light source used alternately)
Based on the 3D camera, there are certain scenarios that require the use of a 2D camera for assistance.
Through secondary illumination with an external light source, 3D scanning and 2D imaging are alternately captured.
Structured light combined with separate camera usage creates a distributed 3D camera system, enabling specialized applications such as installing telecentric lenses.
